~Classes at Bloom~

 

 

Pilates ~ Mat pilates in a warm studio using dumbbells, mini balls, bands and circles. A full body, low impact + high results. All levels are welcome.

 

 

Shred ~ A high intensity class focused on strength training using weights, bands and agility equipment. A full body, high impact + high results. All levels are welcome.

 

 

Bounce ~ A low impact + high intensity, FUN class on mini trampolines. All attendees have their own, designated trampoline for the duration of class. A full body, low impact + high intensity class. 

 

 

Yoga ~ Yoga in a heated studio. Classes offered ~ Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Restorative and Goat. 

 

Yoga-Lates ~ Core work, toning and stretching in a warm studio.
