~Classes at Bloom~

 

  • Hot Mat Pilates ~ Mat Pilates in a heated studio using dumbbells, mini balls, bands and circles. A full body, low impact + high results. All levels are welcome.

 

  • Shred Pilates ~ A high intensity class focused on strength training and circuits. A full body, high impact + high results. All levels are welcome.

 

  • Sculpt Pilates~ A whole body, low impact mat Pilates class with bursts of cardio. Done with props in a heated studio. All levels are welcome.

 

  • Bounce ~ A low impact + high intensity, FUN class on mini trampolines. All attendees have their own, designated trampoline for the duration of class. A full body, low impact + high intensity class. All levels are welcome.
